Finally Some Positive Progress

Finally some positive progress. The cracked wall in the guest room and the chipped out walls in the kitchen have now been rendered and are ready for plastering. So far this is the only subcontractor of Basbuild that we have had no problems with. His workers are also very pleasant and polite.

As with most things, it's another one step forward and a few steps backwards. The builder has now left the country, leaving us with a flimsy plastic films as the downpipes. No big surprises that they only lasted a few days in the winter weather. Hubbby had to send him a message to get him to send someone to fit some proper downpipes.
